RecommendedI went yesterday to the ER yesterday with Covid symptoms. It did take a while to get a room because the ER was full. It was near shift change and you could tell the nurses were tired because they had worked without much of a break all day, but that did not affect the way they did their job. They were kind, considerate, and pleasant. Overall, they did a great job of taking care of me.

Each medical staff I encountered was very welcoming, friendly and treated me with respect. They explained every step of my experience from registration to imaging test. Best hospital visit I’ve had.

I recently had a procedure done at Cass Regional Medical Center . I had never been there before! I have to say everyone from the very nice and friendly lady at the front desk to checking in and all the nurses I cant remember all of them But Kindra ( very nice IV no bruse , Patty, Karen and Jerry who put me to sleep ; Dr Walter Costner MD everyone was very nice , courteous and made me feel comfortable. Thank you

Communication was excellent patient to staff and staff to patient. They were inquisitive of the previous history and the plan going forward is what I was expecting it to be when I first came to Missouri. It does not conflict with my previous Wound Care Plan.
