A friendly atmosphere started as soon as I walked in the front door. The wait time in radiology was very short. The entire facility was very clean . All of the staff was extremely courteous.

On this visit, I had some lumbar X-rays done, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience even though the resulting report and diagnosis was disappointing. Also must commend the Imaging staff and there department. They were very compassionate, helpful, and considerate of my painful back, as well as, the laying on the hard flat table. I was there, a total of just twenty minutes! I had my annual mammogram yesterday at Cass Regional. Everyone I met from the door on was so friendly and easy to talk to. I loved my tech. She was amazing, friendly, and very informative. I got the phone call about my test the very same day that I had it done. I could not have been more pleased with my entire experience. We are more than blesssed to have such a fine hospital in our town. Thank you, Cass Regional!!
