Folks at Cass Regional entrance were helpful getting a wheel Chair, and time to take temps and for admittance were quick and information about me was on the computer system correct. Appt was on time and technician took time to explain the procedure, checked X-rays before I left to make sure they were good so I didn’t have to return. Also follow up call to me at home re results was the very next morning so I could make plans to go forward right away. We all wore masks and sanitized above and beyond. Thanks Cass Regional!
Everyone is friendly, efficient and very helpful.
When arriving at Cass Regional Medical Center the hospitality of the volunteers was very helpful. They walked me through the check-in and led me back to the Specialty Clinic. I see Dr. Lantinis and he is always encouraging and confident in my care.
