Super slow checkout. They are not prepared at all for the Christmas rush. Only have 2 lines to check out and do returns with no way to manage your actual place in line. For the amount of $ they charge they could do more. Buy online and save yourself the stress.
Terrible service. Went in after work in street cloths. No one said a word to me while most of the staff stood around talking the themselves. Ended finding what I wanted on my own. Probably won't be back at this location.
The people here don't really help. Luckily I have had actual service at a Cavender's before and knew what I was doing. When we we finally found them they were all in the front and the first woman we walked up to told us rudely that we wasn't really checking people out and we waited until someone would actually check us out. Go here only if you know what you are looking for.
They get one star because of the excellent service from "the boys in the back", the salesmen in the back have been consistently knowledgeable, friendly and quick to ask if we need help but not hover. My sweet hubby had one of the most humiliating experiences of his life in this store at 1:00 this afternoon, 6/30/2017. He went in, was helped by a very helpful Sales Associate named Cody, looked at boots, shirts, and belts. Cody brought him some jeans to try on, then hubby went to pay. He went to the truck, stood by the door checking his phone for texts from me, and two girls came out and asked to see his bag. He showed the bag with the $30.00 jeans and the receipt. Despicable customer service. Despicable. Came in with my boyfriend for a cool new t-shirt for our upcoming Willie Nelson concert for the 4th of July, they didn't have anything suitable, so we left 5 minutes after walking in. We walked to our car (parked by the door) and was hollered at by a gal named Jordan from my car that my "bag" beeped. Do not try and return anything or order sizes not in stock. Return policies are absurd. I have been waiting over two weeks for Jeans to arrive. When I called to check on the status I am only told "We will call you when they arrive"
Came in last weekend to buy a shirt, due to my friend getting married that evening and as I was looking employees were all looking at me and not even asking if I needed anything. A bunch of white people walked in and were actually standing next to me and they were getting asked left and right. The sad thing is what the manager makes in two weeks I make in two days, so don't let the fact that I'm Hispanic full you. Today i was so excited to get my first pair of boots, unfortunately their 1960 branch run out of stocks of the boots that i wanted to buy but my experienced with them was VERY GOOD!! The sales associate was so nice and showed me different sizes that would help me decide which one should i get since its my first boots.
