Today i was so excited to get my first pair of boots, unfortunately their 1960 branch run out of stocks of the boots that i wanted to buy but my experienced with them was VERY GOOD!! The sales associate was so nice and showed me different sizes that would help me decide which one should i get since its my first boots. Went to this location to buy a pair of boots I had seen on their website. It was my birthday and it was gonna be a big purchase for me. The boots were expensive, but a treat. From the moment I walked in the door, no one greeted me (although they were 3 girls sitting behind the register discussing their previous evening out), I kinda looked around to get my bearings of the store. I travel all over the state of Texas, and will have to say this is the worst Cavenders I have encountered. No customer service on the day I was there. High School aged employees with no Management supervision. I was making purchases and store denied my coupon. Left store and will not be back. Contacted Customer Service. Could have cared less! Spending my $$ now at Sheplers fulll time. They honor coupons and provide customer service. You can "Hav Cavs"!
The directions took me to a subdivision....don't follow yelps directions, they're bad.
