I came in on a Sunday afternoon looking for a shirt to wear to a concert. Kennedy greeted me in the lady's section and I told her what I was looking for and she made a couple of recommendations. When I went over to look at the boots a little while later she came over to check on me and showed me a few pair that are popular and comfortable. She was always nice without being pushy, which I appreciated it.

I've had wonderful experiences this spring at this Cavender's off 99. It's the closest Cavender to the Woodlands. The people are so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of boots and a good selection of clothing as well. They also have handbags and belts. Great stuff for the rodeo or any ag or western event. They were easy to work with on some returns. It's not the cheapest, but you'll definitely find Western clothing, boots and accessories. You'll find the perfect boot for you! Yee-haw!!!
Cindy was super helpful getting my son's first birthday party outfit. When I say she helped with everything she really did! I haven't gotten good customer service in a long time and I really appreciated all her help. She was helping others while helping me but she made sure to check in when she could. I received the best customer service from Dillon and Amy in the boot department. They were both knowledgeable in their area and very pleasant to work with. I came in with a desperate need to fit into my beautiful new boots and these two associates saved the day! Now I can wear my boots to Rodeo Houston! Thank you, Dillion and Amy!
I was looking for a pair of lightweight summer booties. Found the perfect pair online at Cavenders. I ordered my normal size and these were a bit small. I took them back to a Cavenders store and they exchanged them for the next size up. The booties are rustic looking, all leather and look great with jeans. Great products great service.
There very attentive.love to go there cause they always ask if need some help. And everything is where it needs to be.
I have always wanted a authentic cowboy hat from Texas. i asked around to a few of my Houston transplant friends and they mentioned Cavender's. This was the best place and I found the best hat for the fall. I need to order the hat box and some boots, but i didn't want to fly with to much stuff.

I have shopped at this Cavender's location a few times before today, but I felt my experience today was worth sharing. I found my dad's 20-year-old Stetson cowboy hat he had only worn with his dress law enforcement uniform when he was alive. It was in need of some TLC, and I was afraid to take it just anywhere for a cleaning and reshaping.
