I bought a pair of boots here for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. Very good quality but after 3 months the boot strap became unstitched. I went today to exchange it for another one. A very nice young man started helping me trying to find a replacement boot. The exact one (which was what I was hoping to get) was not available any longer in her size and he gladly let me pick out another boot one size up. Had a great experience with this location called a couple of times and I got my order curbside the gentleman that took my transaction also gave me a coupon with a discount on my purchase I will definitely be shopping at this location again friendly and very helpful staff
Worst cavendars ever. Customer service is the worst. We had a small issue and when we talked to the manager she was not the brightest. I dont know how in the hell shes a manger and doesn't know who her GM is or any of her employees numbers. One employee that helped us had one of our items and then clocked out. We asked thr manager if she could call her to see where the employee set it down and the manager was like I dont know her number. I was not impressed with this location twice already. We went to purchase boots we saw online and that said this location had in stock. Couldn't find the boots in the store. Asked for help everyone seemed confused on how to look for their own items. So I went to register for assistance. Young lady at register just said "that's incorrect online and sorry". Then we asked is it not possible to have them order online for us and she said no they couldn't because there was enough in their stock to order which made no sense. So I a... read more

I was very unimpressed with the level of customer service during my visit. My family and I were not greeted upon entering the store, and we passed several employees who were standing in groups talking among themselves. No one offered assistance or asked if we needed help at any point. When we reached the checkout, the cashier asked if we had been helped at all, and after we said no, she simply responded with "oh no, sorry to hear that." Stole my personal items from dressing room only gave back the wallet they found of mine even though it was less than 2 min after i left dressing room
This cavenders has waaaaay better service than the one on 2345 cypress creek pkwy. Employees were very helpful with the clothes and boots I got. Stay away from the one on 1960. I had never been to that one before but was near it so decided to stop there since I needed more things I didn't get at this location. Big mistake. Manager is an ass on the one in cypress creek. Yall come to this location instead. That way if anything comes up you won't have to deal with an ass of a manager.
It's rare I have an experience that is so unbelievably poor that I'm moved to write a negative review. Tonight's experience at Cavender's warrants this review. A saleswoman in the children's boot section named Kristen berated my children, yelled in their faces and scolded them in an unbelievably inappropriate manner when I walked away and when the children ran through that area to find their brother. Cavender's is a complete rip off!! Prices are ridiculously elevated! I ordered 2 pair of jeans on sale and only after over a week order was cancelled due to inventory being discontinued! BS they just change the skew# and sell them for the inflated prices, because the are too cheap to honor their sale prices.
