My husband and I both found boots we love here. Huge selection, helpful associates. I'll be back to do more shopping!
We like this boot store for some things. Most of the time, my husband visits this store for Ariat FRC shirts. As far as FRC shirts go, their selection of Ariat's are very limited. It is hit or miss when we go there. I wish they would have a larger stock of Ariat shirts like they do for the other brands.
I read the comments about this place having poor customer service. Though when I went in I was greeted with a smile . I was helped immediately by melody . She was so nice She asked me what I was looking for , I told her I'm looking for square toed work boots . She guided me to their selection on square toed boots . Ok..so a lot of you locals are going to hate this review, but I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store. The service was impeccable and the selection was overwhelming. Let me say however, that I am visiting from NY and went to a few other stores to get some "western" attire...pearl button shirt.. boots, hat..etc. I also went to Boot Barn but was not as impressed as this store. Needed to replace my boots that flooded & finally purchased a hat after several years of going back and forth. Thank you to Seth who spent a good 20+ minutes helping me find the right style/size & shaping my hat for me! I visited Houston and made a stop in Humble for some boots. Robin helped me and I just loved her. She was extremely knowledgeable and my kiddos loved her style too. She showed me great options and I would highly recommend going back . Love love love
Wow! First time here and ran into some amazing service and and wow great choices in boots. Got me a cool pair at a really good price and looking forward the holiday sales to come back yay!!!
My husband purchased a pair of work boots from Cavendars. After only a month of wear, the boots were falling apart-- the lining and steel toe were coming out when he would take his boots off. The manager helped us find a new pair and let us exchange them! We are happy and will be returning.
This place is awesome you never know what you're going to find only problem is when I'm looking for a specific item they generally don't have what you want
