Stopped in here while on business from the UK. Straight away I was greeted and made welcome! The staff did everything they could to help me with my purchases! Fantastic service and an awesome shop!

Walked in for just one pair of boots and with Kitty's amazing assistance we left with two perfect pairs. She was the most personable and kind sales associate I have ever come across and cavender's should truly appreciate her as an employee!

Brand new, huge, great selection of boots and clean. My husband works as a Gate Keeper at the Rodeo so we came in around 8 pm one night to get his hat cleaned. The gentleman was eager to assist and had great customer service. The hat was ready less then 5 minutes. I have been wanting a pair of boots so I decided to look but there was only 1 person in that department trying to help 7+ customers. That seemed like a lot for one person. Brand new location, just past the new Kroger on FM 1960, to the right in Humble. The store was very clean, well maintained, organized, with a large selection of western items: boots, apparel, belts, accessories, hats, and much more. Pretty well staffed, but not as personable as I would have expected. Like a lot of Houstonians, I only do the 'western wear' during rodeo season. Just purchased a used return hat for a new price. This Cavender's is an outrageous price goodwill store. Asked the manager, Cheryl, since it was on the sale rack with prices scratched out and she said it was new price while admitting it was a used returned hat. Avoid this particular Cavender's to ensure you get new items that you will be paying for and shop at the more credible stores in the area. My 2 cents after being surprised. Did buy because it was the only my size. Will return tomorrow and take my own advice

The service is terrible, the employees are racist and don't bother checking on you , me and my grandmother went in to do a lil shopping and was treated horribly from the time we walked in until the time we walked out we was followed like some thieves and made to feel very uncomfortable, will never shop again

Terrible customer service. Not willing to help at all. I don't understand why the can't take the little bit of the time we ask for extra help. Left the store disappointed.

i just left cavenders And they are by far the worst company Ive Ever been to. my experience there was horrible soon as we walked in we were stereotyped and I recommend that any body of color do not go to this store. we went to purchase Some boots with a voucher that was given by my husbands employer. she stated that she could not accept it. she then went and started chitter chatting with another one of her employees then stated oh I guess I'll go ask the manager. shortly after that the manager stated that he could accept it,... read more

This store is a mess. All the employees are cussing, the girls dressed all slutty and the managers not doing anything. The guy manager was flirting with girls and the other two were being rude and had such a horrible attitude. Horrible place! Never going back!
