Cavender's is an impressive store with an even more impressive sales staff. I came here with my son to assist him in choosing some items he needed to wear for a wedding party that he'll be in shortly: a pair of boots and a belt. Got my first pair of boots here, the staff was super friendly and helpful and made it a painless experience. I would definitely go back for another pair.
I came to this location straight from the Conroe location, where I was basically ignored from the time I walked in. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service. When I got to this Cavender's, from the moment I walked in, was a GREAT Shopping experience. I had come in to buy my dream boots for my birthday! My boyfriend bought a pair of boots here for his uncle, but he had to return them because they didn't fit. He's currently staying in VA, so he had to ship the boots back to me so I could return them for him. I found out I needed a credit card, but it was close to the 30 day return policy. The lady who helped me out was very understanding and let me return the boots this time. I really appreciated it!
Been to a lot of Cavenders and sometimes am very underwhelmed. Went in to just poke around to see if anything caught my eye before the rodeo and left with a pair of ostrich leg boots thanks to Ashleigh. If you need boots go see her very helpful and personable. Will be going back soon to order more boots with her.
Had a nice shopping experience buying my wife's second pair of Lucchese boots. Even under the crush of holiday shoppers I was greeted warmly and helped immediately.
