No cute womens clothes. Also service SUCKS SO BAD. A group of 5 young women were huddled around women section laughing giggling barley acknowledging any customers. Worst customer service ever. Hang on tight this one is going to be good.... I stopped by on January 15th to get my hat cleaned and buy an outfit. A young gentleman helped me out and was very kind, after he finished I asked if he could hold on to it while I shopped around and so he did. Once I was ready to check out, a blonde girl asked me if I ever got my hat back. Bought a boot for my daughter online and after two weeks waiting they just canceled the order without any explanation. Called them every day and they confirmed that the boot would be delivered on the day we needed. Did not offer any solution or explanation. Will never support them anymore.
Told sales associate numerous times we didn't need help he continued to follow us around the store the entire time. Not appreciated!!! If I need help I will ask for it! Don't follow me around the store!!
Came here tonight to purchase cowboy hats, and THEY-WERE-NOT helpful. Kept asking questions about which hats fit according to kids' ages (my son was not present), and could not say. The clerk said he'd have to see him to say. Well in that case I could do the same. Also, there was another store clerk present that I asked which hats applied to a sign that said 20% off. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Entered the store without a greeting. Looked around for at least 15-20 minutes with out anyone asking if I needed any assistance - I had items in my hand needing to try them on. Finally I walked up to cash counter hoping someone would speak to me when an employee asked if I was ready to check out. I replied, No I haven't had a chance to try them on. I had a horrible experience at the Cavender's Boot City at 1960 at Kuykendhal this afternoon. I went in with my niece to buy her first pair of boots and was offered NO help at all. I am currently on crutches and I was already prepared to navigate the store, but we got to the children's department, all the benches were covered in empty boxes and employee clipboards.
