Staff were very helpful. This is large store with a large stock of boots. They helped us find what we needed and I was happy with price. Store was very clean and easy to look around. Will return for our next pair.
I always have a great experience coming here. While the staff is young, I have never not been offered help. The manager on staff, John was very polite and helpful.
4 stars because while the selection was good? The kids working here needed some prompting to help us find stiff.
I love the quality at this store and I love the prices even more. Managed to get a pair of well made, low rise flare jeans for $80! Everyone who works here is so friendly and there's a guy named Storm (kick ass name, right?) with a kick ass mustache who is awesome and knows everything so I highly recommend going here.
Looked this up on to see hours and was surprised to see 3 star review average so I read some of them. Most say something about customer service but I've always been given wonderful customer service. A few times I had to look hard to find help but it's a big store. Have never seen boxes sitting out in isles and boot isles have never been cluttered for me. We like this store. We appreciate its products and staff.
Went in for a hat and they had a huge selection in a wide array of sizes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Just started a new job cutting concrete, had a voucher from my company to get a new pair of boots. Christian stepped up and helped me navigate the huge selection and we found the perfect pair. His customer service skills were exceptional. Very happy with the whole experience!
I would like to give a big shout-out to John for helping my sister and I pick out my nephew's graduation Tony Lama boots! Very professional, boot expert, and patient.
So, nice store. I found everything I was looking for. The place is clean with a lot of selection. I will say the customer service was mixed. I did have two employees ask me if I needed help which was great. At other times, staff would walk right by me and not even acknowledge me. I was on a time crunch and just needed my hat cleaned.
