My Fiancee and I were looking for our first pair of boots here in Texas, and for our upcoming wedding. I heard great things about this place, and I found a pair I liked online. This is the second Cavender's I have been to and I certainly think there is a much greater selection here than at the one in Austin near the Domain. I was actually recommended to come to this one in Round Rock since it has a greater selection of hats, boots, etc by the gentleman working at the hat section in the one in Austin. I wear about at 7 3/8 size hat and sometimes it is hard to find it in stock. To start my co-workers and I were sent to Cavenders for our annual work boot round up. Their selection was amazing, All major makes and styles. But what really set them apart was the customer service. Crystal was extremely helpful, had a personality that could brighten anyone's day with the work ethic to match. I truly love most of the boots and hats that Cavander's has. I have for years. However, I feel that this location in particular has subpar customer service. While there are many cashiers/custom service representatives walking around at this location, it seems they all ignore the customers even when they are flagged down. For as much money as I spend here as well as all consumers who shop here, this is the one aspect that will cause us to move our dollars elsewhere. Please do better.

Love Cavenders Boot City ! Always have had great service at any of their stores. Used to go to the Burnet road location, but the new Round Rock location is much closer to me, but the same great service ! Stopped in yesterday to get some mods done to the crown of my "Gus" style Stetson and Martin did an awesome job ! Thanks again Martin !

nice selection of cowboy boots. however, beware--most of them are from china. purchased a bracelet, belt and soft leather shoes. all of which I like and wear. i'd return, but I originally went to purchase American cowboy boots. the sizes were all sort of odd. hard to find a pair having a half size. they take military discount.

The customer service is hit or miss. The items are always what I am looking for. Ladies, when a lady is checking out with little ones, expecting her to hold items that are not bagged is not smart...just for you to improve next time.

Terrible, lying service. Called them and asked if they had something in stock. They said yes. Drive in and now say they have none. Trash. What was the point of the lie?

First, boxes and inventory clutter the aisles which I could get over despite the sales associates standing around when they could at least be organizing so customer can get thru. Second and more important, I watched a woman and her small son try to return some clothes yesterday. They refused the shirt saying it had clearly been worn and smelled like detergent.
