The experience was reassuring and so helpful. Staff provided the details we need in our search for assisted living for our family.
I was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. I was disappointed because I am looking for an independent to assisted living and your facility does not have an independent unit. I did not take the tour.

Friendly staff, amenities that are on site, the various outings and events that the community has for its residents. I'd recommend them to others. I think they were considering a facility for your loved one that cadence is absolutely topped on the list to go check out.
Caydance has been very good and has worked with us many times. My mom is not the easiest person to work with. If it was not for Caydance staff and admin working with us, I am confident she would not have survived past last Sept. i suspect their prices are typical for the accommodations and level of care. I have been very pleased with Caydance.
I'm very pleased with the care my stepmother receives at Caydance. After relocating her from a memory care unit in Georgetown, TX, I noticed a significant improvement in her care. We LOVE Caydance! They are so receptive and caring to our mom. Mom has been there for just over a year. She lives in assisted living. They have a lot of activities and have an outing each week (optional but offered). They include family members on information. Everyone is kind. From the med techs to the front desk, business office, and activity coordinator-- they all are friendly and caring. We are so thankful that A Place for Mom recommended that my sister and I visit Caydance back when we were searching for a place.
Our overall experience with Caydance has been positive. Our parent has been a resident for over a year, and we have had no issues that would give us pause in recommending it. The thing we like most about Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care is the staff. They are friendly and attentive, from the workers & nurses to management. Everyone knows my parents by name, and greet them and ask how they are. I see these behaviors with the other residents, too.
My aunt was there for 14 months. During that time she was in both areas, assisted living & memory care. Overall the care & concern were very professional. Food very good & several choices. Personnel helpful & attentive to her needs & my inquiries. I can only compare Caydsnce to two other similar care facilities & I would place them second compared to [removed].
