We investigated approximately 16 assisted living apartments for my mother. Caydance was one of our top picks and their Director, [name removed], went out her way to help. Even when the initial reports suggested mom may have to go to a nursing home, [name removed] was helpful. She has been at Caydance for 2 months, and the whole staff have been excellent. The staff (office, front desk, and caregivers) are all very kind and in tune with residents. The office staff walked us through the paperwork and move in every step of the way. Move in was great! No complaints! The staff worked hard to keep Mom active right from the beginning. They would come get her from her room and help her get to meals and activities. I have looked at almost every senior living place in Katy. Caydance was warm and friendly from the minute I stepped inside. The staff all stopped and spoke to us. The Sales Director took time to explain everything to us. She made the entire move in process a breeze. Caydance staff works very hard to care for my mom. They definitely go above and beyond. I would recommend this community to anyone looking. They have given me peace of mind that my mom is loved and cared for when I can’t be there. I am forever grateful!

My mom is a current resident at Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care. Everything at this facility has been good for her so far, except for the cost for some things. The cost for some of the services seems to be overpriced! The staff seems great. Communication with the family has been good, but not great. The facility is clean. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Very caring staff at Caydance. I have a camera in the room and I see many instances of the caring treatment that my aunt receives. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My only loved one only stayed at Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care for a short time; but I think they were great.

I toured Caydance Assisted Living & Memory Care. The rooms were clean, and the eating area was very nice. The community itself was very new and upscale. We mostly sat in a room and talked, but the staff were very honest. They let me know that if my parents were at a certain point of independence, then they don't need to come here; but if they begin to show certain signs, then I should come back and check them out. The price was a bit too expensive, but the cost I'd be paying would be for things my parents didn't need at that... read more

They make you and your loved one feel welcomed when you first come in to interview. Everyone was very helpful in helping us make a decision. Most of all they made my mom feel comfortable when she came to this community. They have activities like sing a longs, bingo, arts and crafts, events around all of the holidays and more to keep the residents busy and active in the community.

Most staff are caring but understaffed to provide residents with higher care support needs. Also considerable turnover in caregivers. Poor communication between management, nurses, caregivers, residents and families. Persistent difficulties with med techs and medication management. Would not recommend as systematic problem with management that prioritizes corporate policies over residents care.
