They have some good caregivers there but they are underpaid and many seem to not care about the residents. It is a big a corporation and it is money driven and not care driven. Their management team is not honest, they cover up things and try to hid things. It has not been a good experience with them. I enjoyed the place in fact was had made my reservation for respite care. Than 1 day before my stay I called to see what time I could bring mon in and was told that I didn't have a reservation they gave my room to someone else. Don't go here if your looking for respite care bad customer service.

My Father has lived at Orchard for three years. It was a wonderful place until it was bought and became Caydance. Unfortunately, We are moving him now to a place that will care for him. Cay dance has become a truly horrible place for seniors to live.
I took a tour here and I felt like it was a hospital. There were residents in wheelchairs just sitting there. This is not what I wanted for my parents. It did look nice but did not meet my expectations.
