I cannot say anything bad about this office. Dr Chi and her staff are awesome and go above and beyond for a patient. Dr Chi is very knowledgeable, explains everything and loves what she does. My 3 teeth extractions and bone graft went well and the office even called the next day to check on me. I have some time before everything will be completed (getting implants) but I am sure it will turn out great. I would highly recommend Dr Chi for your dental needs.

My procedure included having an implant placed in my jaw for a crown. There was no pain whatsoever from my procedure. It was as if I just had a cleaning. Dr. Chi is extremely competent and patient centric. The only downside to my experience was the coordination between my insurance and the office administration.
Everything about Dr. Chi and her staff is welcoming, informative, and attentive to patient's comfort. The office atmosphere is serene, quiet, super clean, full of light in every room. The communication among staff, and between doctor, staff, and patients is excellent.
Dr Chi is incredible. She takes the time to research all options before discussing them with her patients. I have had anesthesia on two visits and felt very safe because of her knowledgeable and professional staff.
Dr Chi is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was so nervous for the procedure, but I end up walk out pain free, after 4 teeths removed. Very very minor pain few days later. Dr Chi is a trustable, skilled, experienced doctor.
I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out here. I was really nervous leading up to it since I'd never had any surgeries before and had never experienced anesthesia. I'm so glad I came across Dr. Chi in my research of oral surgeons. Immediately after the surgery, I woke up feeling clear minded, and though I took the day easy, I felt as if I could continue my day as normal. I was back to work the following day!
