Very aware of patients needs. Dr Chi spends a good amount of time disussing procedures and actively puts the patient at ease.
I am a new customer and so far I have enjoyed the professionalism, cleanliness of the office space, the friendliness, and communication. Dr. Chi is very easy to talk to and answers your questions honestly.
Dr. Chi is one of the most qualified oral surgeons I've met. I had to get all 4 of my impacted teeth out (I'm in my late twenties), and I went to a total of three consultations before I settled on Dr. Chi. She was the oral surgeon that was the most qualified, and she walked me through the process, recovery time, as well as potential complications during my consultation. I am so grateful to Dr. Chi for everything she has done for me. She is one of the best professionals I've ever seen. You can trust her 100% and even more than that. She went above and beyond with helping to get ready for the procedure, as well as to go through the recovery process. I recommend this practice to absolutely everyone!!!!!!!!
Everything was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. Post surgery they’ll call to check on you to see if you’re okay which was super nice

The team here provided a wonderful experience. Having 4 wisdom teeth removed with no complications where other professionals from back home wouldn't touch me fearing complications post op. I'm a month out and happy I was referred here. Dr Chi did well to describe the procedure and short term and long term expectations for recovery, making me comfortable with her confidence and expertise.
