Very good customer service. Very fast process to get consultation and starting procedure. I will say, while I had a good experience, I was anxious because I didn’t have a good understanding of what teeth needed to be removed, or even my situation such as whether my teeth were impacted or not; I’m confident that I wasn’t told. I had an amazing experience with Dr Chi and the entire staff at her office. Had a tooth removal, bone graft, and dental implant put in which wasn’t easy, yet Dr Chi even called me herself after the procedure to see how I was feeling. Absolutely go here if you need work done!!! Can’t recommend enough.
Dr Chi was extremely helpful. I went in for a problem tooth and after examination found more than just one problem. The doctor was very informative and very attentive. She explained all of my options and what would happen no matter which I choose. I was very nervous but she put me at ease and I would recommend anyone needing care to go and see Dr. Chi and staff. They all do what they can to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
I am so grateful to Dr. Chi and her amazing staff for the excellent treatment I received. My case was very challenging and Dr. Chi did an amazing job and my result was successful.

I just want to thank the wonderful staff and Dr. Chi in their amazing work to get my wisdom teeth out in a very timely manner (it was long overdue). Dr. Chi is skilled, efficient and knowledgeable. In the hands of this no-nonsense professional, everything went according to plan. You're only visiting an oral surgeon because you have to, but if you have to this one is one I recommend.
I am in the process of having an implant procedure with Dr. Chi. Aside from the usual pain and annoying things in caring for the stitches and implant post it has been a fantastic experience. Dr. Chi and her staff always follow up, are there in the event there's a problem, and have made this a successful implant procedure. I have had appointments during the pandemic and have never felt unsafe in the office because the staff follows stringent safety and cleaning protocols.
