I went in to pickup my doses for the next two weeks and they told me that I was self pay. I have Medicaid to pay for my doses but my Medicaid was changed over to a managed care program at the beginning of the year. The two ladies at the pay window told me that I had to pay for my take home for the two weeks which was $210 and I had to use half of my rent money to pay it because they told me that they don’t accept any manage care plans and that I need to switch back to regular Medicaid. My experience at the center of hope is WELL IT. HAS IS PRO’s an CON’s for some ungodly reason the staff well nurse es an docs anyway don’t want to let you icrease your dose where you know that it very well should be at saying this because I have been in treatment MAINTENANCE METHADONE FOR MANY MANY YEARS BEFORE I EVER EVEN HAD A THOUGHT OF JOINING UP FOR TREATMENT AT CNTER OF HOPE!!! They have got me stopped at a measly 115mg dose which has not even started to work the receptors in my brain that needs to be blocked!!!! Lord ... read more

Trina Just pull me in the office so I can update you on your security guard,I give him his due respect but apparently that’s not enough. Let him tell it then I’m no good. Anyways I have real law enforcement experience and I know what to watch for, he misses a lot of important stuff that would result in some seriously serious discharges. This is the second pre authorization that my insurance company has given you guys my insurance took effect in 10-01-2019 and it’s 8-17-2020 and I still do not have my refund I paid cash from October until March you guys said 90 days then 120 days then 180 days what the heck if I charged twice and could not pay on the third day you would not let me dose so why do you have the right to hold my money for six months. My next step is going to call my lawyer and the better business bureau.

Need to get Drug screens back up and running. So we can phase up. It’s keeping more people in there longer so we are all going to catch Covid 19. I need to phase up???? Why? The long lines have been fixed. Thank you. But I need to be able to phase up that’s part of my recover plan. Thank you.

The director is great, the girls and the security team are awesome. Nursing staff is very friendly and always professional. However I am very disappointed by the counselor I was initially given Kathy but am being switched to someone else who can help. What I’d like to see is WORKING HOURS between a certain time and just allot a certain slot of hours for working people and those who are guest dosing and unemployed can come after that. The rating I’ve given does not reflect upon the staff whatsoever. My issue and biggest fear in life is relapsing , because if I do relapse my situation is kind of unique. I’d love to have the opportunity to explain just how unique my situation is and just how severe the consequences are for me if I was to relapse”trust me it’s unique”.
