Considering all the complaining the employees deal with, I think they do a great job. They wake up and go to a job where people show up miserable and are only thinking of themselves. It takes a special kind of person to deal with what they do on a daily basis. There are some rules and protocols that I disagree with but I don’t take that out on the employees like some patients seem too.

Everything always goes really smooth. The only complaint is how long the wait is. I still waited 2 and a half hours yesterday and almost 2 hours last time. I don’t understand why the line does not run faster when there is three windows open at a time. Other than that, everything else is great.

Everything went well during the check in process— unfortunately I must go every day and the line is horrific. Other than that I am very grateful to have a stable, secure, legal & most importantly, somewhere to go to help me get healthy!
