Went to Myrtle beach Crossroads couple mondays ago and was told I had no insurance and had to pay walk prices! My councilor Denice Monge went to bat for me sent my insurance info I think 3 times. No one who was receiving my info was looking at my NEW information .. LIKE they should have been.. I called the call center to try to get help 3 or 4 times an was met with people who acted like I was bothering them.. My experience this month was frustrating, I have put in a tremendous amount of work to get to phase 6. I was called to come in for a drug screen within 24 hours on a day when I don’t pick up my dose. I don’t have to worry about failing the test because I know I am clean but it made it inconvenient because I had to be at work very early the next day not to mention the extra traveling and gas money. Went on first day which was a Monday and was told they didn’t have the right paperwork to be a guest had to call my normal place 3 times cause they refused to call them and get the right paperwork so I had to call them and have 3 different fax’s they finally got the right paperwork it would have been so much easier if they called and said hey we need x,y,x but not I had to guess and hope it was right ridiculous and on top of it was told if I didn’t get the right paperwork in by the time they close which was 5 mins I would be... read more

Im one of a very small group of people thats tales recovery seriously. Im upset right now with your policy on medicinal cannabis. Never mind that. Im being punished right now because your lab that you use can NOT tell the difference between CBD, Delta 8 cannabis. THOSE COUNSELORS CANNOT EVEN SEE THEIR PATIENTS BECAUSE YALL HAVE NO DAM CAP ON ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!!!!!!! here’s an idea…..how about let the counselors actually do their job with their patients instead of being pushed away all the dam time because they are always sooo god dang busy!!!! Pharmacy staff is all mew and so slow. I don’t understand why this clinic has so many problems. Every where I guest dose never have to wait more than 6 minutes. Stood in line for 20 minutes today.

My counselor Mrs Kathy Oakley does an amazing job with me and her MANY other clients — as you know eacc counselor has a hefty load of clients and she definitely tries to touch base with all of us ! I am grateful — THE 1 THING THAT IS NO GOOD IS ........ not being able to charge AT LEAST ONE DAY !!!! I understand why the Corp is doing this, as for these rough times we are going through they (crossroads) should At Least Let us be able to charge 1 day !!!
