Went there for an oil change on my 2013 Genesis, walked out with a 2016 Genesis. They completed my 2013 lease to my satisfaction, and gave me everything they promised that they would. Extremely friendly and professional staff.
Went to Hyundai of White Plains for product information and left with 2 cars they made me feel like family and made the process so easy. John Molina was the sales manager that assisted in answering my questions, he was straight forward and direct. I am very happy I came down to see my options. I will happily recommended this location after visiting the the competition and how they operate.
If you're looking for a good deal with no pushy sales person who's honest and at the same time looking to take care of your business, ask for Joel Zarzuela. He's awesome, respectful and up front. I really had positive experience dealing with him. Of course there're things that he cannot do, but he is good in negotiating with the sales manager and match the price. From the moment I walked in, was greeted with a grand smile from Joel. Very easy going and a pleasure to work with. Took his time to go over the features and amenities and never rushed through the process. John and the Owner Melvin did a great job in making sure that the price and financing was great . I had a great experience shopping for my new 2017 Elantra here. Paul and John assisted me every step of the way. There was a significant amount of time taken to sign the lease. When the car that I had put a deposit down on was not available the next day, the staff was quick to come to a solution and exceed the promised vehicle. Staff were willing to help significantly with the insurance as it was my first time dealing with it. Staff was overall friendly and open to hearing what I had to say; I did not receive that kind of service at any other dealership.
