I was very hesitate into going into Hyundai dealership and trading my old car to a new one. From the moment I met with LevI Ortiz, it was a total different experience from my previous one. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but very friendly, professional and made the transition a very easy and comfortable one. He stood by my side from the beginning to the end. As soon as I left the dealership I recommended him to my friends and family.
Hyundai people where very nice and helpful and friendly with there customers and they make sure you where ok and ask you if went anything drink . thank you so much for your help.
Can't say enough about Tony. He was the best!!!! He did not pressure me or try to sell me a car that was not what I wanted or needed. It was a pleasure working with Tony and will return in the future. I also will recommend family and friends to buy a car from White Plains, but only if Tony is the salesperson.
This was the smoothest and quickest car buying process I have ever had and I have purchased many cars! I have worked with the salesperson and general sales manager in the past and I hope to continue to work with them in the future!
If I would have told you that I expected to be at Hyundai of White Plains last night (2/24) after getting a brand new 2015 Sonata 7 months earlier, I would have called you crazy.
