I have to say I am so pleased to be writing this review. I am SO unbelievably impressed with the level of customer service at Hyundai of White Plains. First off, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My mom went in on Monday to see if she could potentially get out of her Santa Fe. They were able to do a deal the same day and save her $50 on her monthly payments. Very happy with this dealership. Third time buying a vehicle with them. My only complaint was that I was the almost 6 hours although I will admit they were extremely busy that day.

Brandon and De'shawn both extremely patient and pleasant. They show they're value in their customer. Brandon Met me the 2nd day and made me feel as if he knew me longer. Hyundai of white plains made this experience much easier for me.

My wife and I came to just look at the Santa Fe and we meant Tony he was a very nice gentleman he offered to show us the different models of SUV's because we were not sure exactly what we wanted he made us feel comfortable he was not pushy and we end up leaving there with a great suv actually the Santa Fe SE 2017 this suv is awesome. We went in to exchange our 2013 Elantra for a new car. From the receptionist to the sales people to finance, everyone was great. They were patient with my wife and I since we were dealing with our two young kids at the same time.
