Last Sunday our dog Lucy was very ill. We took her to central coast pet er. I must say from the time we called, arrived and eventually took Lucy home the care and communication was excellent. . I am very grateful As Lucy is recovering from acute pancreatitis excellently . Thank you all .
I absolutely love this place, my poor Simba was in bad shape after being neutered. This place took amazing care of him, Dr. James, Megan and I am very sorry I forgot the receptionist name but everyone was very caring loving and compassionate not just to my Boxer Simba but to us also because we were a mess when we got there not knowing how to help our Boxer Babe 🐶Thank you every Central Coast Pet Hospital and Emergency 🐶

The staff was very informative and nice to my cat. They explained all the possibilities involved with surgery. Aftercare was explained and easy to understand. Thanks for that.
They were very friendly, helpful and calm when I brought my cat in for difficulty breathing. The vets and vet techs kept in touch with updates throughout the overnight stay of my boy. They were very informative about the diagnostics they needed to run and the results. The vets handled kindly and delicately a difficult conversation about potential reasons for his labored breathing. Our new corgi puppy unfortunately acquired parvovirus before coming home to live with us. She was undersized and the virus hit her extremely hard. The CC Pet Emergency team saved her from multiple complications and brought her back to full health, treating her for over a week. The doctors and staff were very good at communicating with us in a clear, realistic way. We can’t thank them enough for saving our baby!!!
