We started seeing Dr. Palmer when my son was 9 months old. He is now 7. Over the course of 7 years we had 2 tube surgeries and 2 more extensive ear surgeries due to a cholesteatoma that was discovered when my son was 4. Dr Palmer told us that he was born with the cholesteatoma. After the surgeries we received very little info about how to care for my sons ear. Dr Palmer did not communicate with us what was actually done or found during the surgery (removal of bone and bone erosion).
