I think everyone was really nice but I was never comforted before my procedure. I don’t even think the nurses told me their names. I was nervous before my procedure and some calming words would’ve been really nice. I’m a bit disappointed in them because making the patient comfortable should be first priority. Also, they didn’t provide me with enough information for the healing process and I struggled for sometime figuring out how to take care of my mouth.
Was not sure about not being put under but was not Bad and think it was better thanks
