This dealership hides charges doesn’t clearly disclose taxes on contracts and has been found to charge higher sales taxes on vehicles than what should be charged probably the reason they hide it in the price
I purchase a 2016 Encore on March 30th 2026 and it had to go back for repairs by April 13, 2026. The initial issue was the gas gauge wasn’t reading properly and would even be stuck on E when there was gas in the car and the tank is only fill up to half a tank. They only reset the battery and sent me on my way. Two days later same problem again. The absolute WORST COMPANY EVER to get a car from !! My truck has been in shop for weeks and they are just letting it sit there and collecting fee from my Warner company only think wrong with the truck with a lifter !!!! Truck has been there since December 16th2025 !!! The general manger sucks and so does the service Manager !! They get back to who they want and that’s all they don’t care about their customers I’m immediately trading in the vehicle somewhere else soon as I get it back
The dealership side is great but the service center is awful. My check engine light is on for the fourth time since getting the car 4 months ago. Have to make an appointmentat least a week in advance each time. Took a week to get a part that didn’t fix the issue. They don’t update me half the time unless I call them. There has been several times when I expected a call back and never got one. It saddens me to write this review - we went back to Certified since our first experience was so good. This time, our sales person was energetic and stayed in touch well, however, there were a series of hiccups in the delivery of the car, the oil filter replacement being faulty from the factory, and a $200 reimbursement that I have been waiting for since August 12. They employ bait and switch tactics. They advertise cars with great pricing as available and work to get you at their lot only to tell you "it just sold in the last 5 mins" then want to steer you to something more expensive. You can go to their site and still see ads for the origial car that supposed to have been sold......Very shady.
Won't go back. Deducted 1400.00 off my trade in value because my car needed rear brake pads!!! crazy!!!!
I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from here last year. I called them to have the vehicle looked at because it kept having moments of rapid acceleration. I took it to them on August 16th to have it looked at. I was told my vehicle was fine and there were no issues. On October 8th my vehicle rapid accelerated causing me to crash into a vehicle carrying students. I called certified auto brokers and Chris(I think he is in the service dept) was extremely rude.
