I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from here last year. I called them to have the vehicle looked at because it kept having moments of rapid acceleration. I took it to them on August 16th to have it looked at. I was told my vehicle was fine and there were no issues. On October 8th my vehicle rapid accelerated causing me to crash into a vehicle carrying students. I called certified auto brokers and Chris(I think he is in the service dept) was extremely rude. RecommendedNever bought a car. They sell lemon car and force you to buy warranty not give any information about the warranty companies. When you had problem said warranty not covered.
Please take this as a warning to STAY AWAY from here!!! Do not buy a vehicle from Canada from them. They will tell you there is still part of the manufacturer's warranty left. That warranty is void the second the vehicle comes to the US. They put a bandaid on my Cancer. I have $15,000+ of what should have been warranty covered work. After 3 days of " repairs",I've discovered white stuff all over my vehicle. I have traded my Maserati Ghibli SQ4 2014 for a 2015 Chrysler 300 S. Not only did they give me bare minimum credit for my advanced super car, but they suckered me into an even worse conditioned vehicle- with the check engine light coming on within the 2nd month of me owning the vehicle. On top of that, there has been numerous engine misfires on the vehicle I recently purchased. This is a very hard one because service was great. Dan in sales was great, but the car has been nothing but issues started off with all wheel drive not working which they paid for to be fixed as I was not local then the brakes were hung up and they also took care of that through my local dealer. My girlfriend bought a vehicle and has had issues since day one they keep saying nothing is wrong when the noises are there She wouldnt wait for me to go look it over with it. The tires are bad they rotated them so the shake wasn’t as noticeable tail lighy was broke and still passed inspection woth broken tail light and nad tires Onlything done was the tail light changed place is a rip off and i will be calling the state and inspection place to turn them in
We bought a vehicle about 3 1/2 months ago,we never received the $250 check for the discount,they fixed the radio that wasn’t working,we paid for a new battery that wasn’t broke,& it’s in the shop now
