Overpriced and under serviced! They’ll tell whatever they have to to sell you a car! When it’s got problems they don’t want any responsibility! I recommended my daughter to them and I regret it! Not happy with the servicing! They never gave the finders fee for our business either. NOT RECOMMENDED! NEVER AGAIN!!
They worked with us when my husband's credit was shot and nobody else would, buut a month into having the vehicle the heat core was shot which wound up costing us $700 and there's an electrical problem. The locks act funky, the passenger side's window button doesn't work most of the time, and the whole strip under the radio with the hazards and heated seat buttons stopped working soon after purchasing. We also bought a year warranty and were told 6 months in it was only a 6 month warranty. Our check engine light kept popping... read more
I called on Thursday 5/02/19 to test drive a Acura. I spoke to a gentleman named Whit, he told me he thinks that car was sold and took my name and number and put me on hold. After on hold for twenty minutes, I hung up. I emailed one of the owners named Chris this morning and still no reply. I understand if the car was sold but I would have appreciated a courtesy call either way. If you sell a car, it should be taken out of your inventory immediately. The second I found a vehicle and asked to test drive it they told me I couldn't afford it and walked away ... I am now the proud owner of a new Jeep thanks to another dealership .. DONT JUDGE ME BY HOW I LOOK .
