My girlfriend bought a vehicle and has had issues since day one they keep saying nothing is wrong when the noises are there She wouldnt wait for me to go look it over with it. The tires are bad they rotated them so the shake wasn’t as noticeable tail lighy was broke and still passed inspection woth broken tail light and nad tires Onlything done was the tail light changed place is a rip off and i will be calling the state and inspection place to turn them in
We bought a vehicle about 3 1/2 months ago,we never received the $250 check for the discount,they fixed the radio that wasn’t working,we paid for a new battery that wasn’t broke,& it’s in the shop now
I love certified i truly do I even sent tons of family and friends there but after getting my first two vehicles from there i will no longer be going back 🥺 with in 6months to a year on both my vehicles things were already starting to go bad and not work or break. Things that shouldn’t be going wrong after purchasing a new vehicle. If you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle from there make sureeeee you get it looked at immediately after!!

I co-signed for my grandson to buy a truck thru these guys. There is also an extended warranty on this truck. It has been in their shop for three weeks with a broken rear axle. He has been getting the run around from them. First they say the parts are in. Then they say they can’t repair it and will have to put a new one in. They have had my truck for over 3 weeks now for my rear end being broke I got told they don’t have a reason to push my warranty through like you kidding me like I’m over here paying for a broken down truck that’s been sitting there like I work at a shop and iv seen 3 of the same year truck as mine get new rear ends done in less then a day like come on so stupid
