Too many communications and documents were wrong or confusing. Not having the final CD until the hour we closed was very anxiety producing. Every time a change needed to be made, it went back to the underwriters and additional information was needed, which triggered another review by underwriters. This was very unfortunate because it made the experience unpleasant. I don't lay the entire blame on Chad because he works with a team and the requirements to complete the process appeared to keep changing.
