Chad was responsive, but the rest of the team where horrible. I have bought several homes and this by far was the worst experience of all. The rest of the team came across as ncompetent bureaucrats. I had to point out the information requested in the documents submitted, which showed that they did not read what I sent. instead of clearly asking for the needed information up front, they kept asking for information piecemeal up until the day prior to closing.
