I just missed their deadline for same day delivery (I'm in a different time zone) so picked up the phone. The lady who took my order was very helpful. The flowers were delivered to the hospital in less than 2 hours and my step-mother absolutely loved them!. Beautiful flowers; I think no substitutions; beautiful aroma that 'filled the room'..I've never been disappointed with Chalifour's.
AMAZING!! I called around 1100am this morning, Sept 5th, 2015, Labor Day weekend. They were closing at 2pm. Very pleasant lady answered and helped me get flowers to my girlfriend at work. I have been ordering all my flowers from Chalifour's for the past several years. They are simply the best. The arrangements they have on their website always match the delivered product, the cheap pick it yourself flowers are always beautifully arranged, no matter how busy they are, and custom order are always exceed expectations and are very reasonably prices. I recommend everyone I know here because of their wonderful selection and expert customer service.
Really impressed with this florist and would highly recommend them. We ordered flowers from another florist, who never delivered them, and I called Chalifour's in a bind. Not only were they incredibly responsive and helpful, they delivered the flowers within the hour and they were GORGEOUS!
I've been ordering from Chalifour's for many years and have always been very pleased with their beautiful and artistic arrangements and plants. A more expensive florist, but worth the price; the only florist for me.
For Valentine's Day I ordered 24 long stem roses for my partner through Teleflora. Teleflora unlike all the other Flowers sites has actual local florists deliver the flowers and rather than in a box unbloomed, these are presented in bloom in vase on delivery. Teleflora also allows you to actually choose a local florist from a list. I looked at all the options on Yelp and most had no reviews or poor reviews other than Chilfour's so I chose them. Chalifour's got an email order from me around 11:30am & delivered locally by 1:15pm! I'm impressed by that ~ but even better, the arrangement is nicer in real life than pictured on the website! The flowers were colorful, fragrant & fresh (arranged beautifully) & came with a little bird & birdhouse planter (for reuse), about $60. Delivery cost $9.99 (includes tip). Extra Great Points: for sending me an email that the flowers were delivered successfully! I'll definitely use them again.
They were great. I called them on a Monday morning and they had flowers delivered by 1 pm. I will use them again.
New to the area and tried this place out for Valentines Day this year. I feel like I got ripped off tbh. Maybe I did it wrong... I selected by the stem and put my own bouquet together. Total came out to $90 w the bouquet add-ons. Flowers didnt even last that long either. Market Basket bouquets actually better for your standard roses. Spent $15 on a white/red rose bouquest here that lasted at last twice as long as the roses I got from Chalifours. I know V-Day can be hard to perform on. So maybe it was a one off.
