I have never seen a company be more unwilling to accept work. We are planning our wedding a d called for an apt which the "wedding" staff Susan stated she wouldn't talk to us till after valentine's day...2 weeks away. For an hour consultation she couldn't find the time and was unbelievably rude. With a 6000 dollar flower budget they certainly have a good business model to act that way. Take your money somewhere else.

I received a surprise bouquet of flowers this week at work. One of the types looked kind of weird, and the ladies here said to call and see if they are supposed to be that way. I was asked if I could email a picture, which I did right away. I did not hear back, so the next day I resent the email. Just spent an hour and a half waiting for someone to answer...new years. Tried three times , funny...have a Chalifours account!Someone finally answered...too late, years ago was on call Driver for busy season....owner ripped us off then! Too bad, nice friend in hospital...remember getting stiffed for pay during busy season then, gypped us on call drivers ( whom got her through many seasons!) CMON....hour and a half to answer a phone? I saw a beautiful arrangement on the website and took down the name of it. Then I called them to place my order. They were very willing to deliver the flowers on the same day. I gave them the name of the arrangement I wanted and that I wanted the midsized. What I saw on the website was beautiful full of red roses and red carnations with a few white flowers tossed in for contrast. What was delivered was full of white flowers with VERY FEW red roses and carnations. Not at all like the photo I saw on the website. Very up... read more
Overpriced and what I ordered came incorrect. I would never use this flower shop again
Quite expensive. I thought the price was worth it until they failed to deliver flowers on my anniversary as paid for. They then claimed delivery was sched for the next day, even though the slip said the correct day.
