Fantastic service with attention to detail like no other, Carli in the bar was fantastic, the best selection of quality meats and fresh ingredients on the salad bar makes Chama Gaucha stand alone as the best in the business!
We had an absolutely delightful experience! It was my first time and my expectations were exceeded!!! The entire team took care of us, food and drinks were scrumptious and did not disappoint. Big thank you to the team for taking such amazing care of us and giving us an evening we’ll never forget!!
As always the meats, cocktails & salad bar were incredible…their Signature Sirloin & Lamb Chops are just perfect! As for service, it is always really great but last night DIANA made us feel so at home and cared for us through the entire dinner experience like we were the only table in the entire restaurant…she is AMAZING and we will always ask for her when we visit from now on!!! Just book it…you will not have any regrets!!!
It was my girlfriend & I’s anniversary yesterday & the whole staff especially Aaron made it feel even more special. They definitely did beyond my expectations & we really appreciated it. It was her first time there so they really set the bar high for her. It was really nice & I'm glad I chose to go there

Wonderful staff; amazing salad and charcuterie bar; and of course, tasty meats of all kind. Love the lamb chops!! Come with an appetite!!
