Went to celebrate our grandsons graduation from the Airforce and we could not have picked a better place for a 2 hour meal experience! The food was delicious, service was outstanding! From the bar staff to the servers to the management team, we can't say enough for this exceptional meal!
This place is unmatched! It was my husband's 1st experience, and it had been 5 years since I came. They did not disappoint! Whenever I visit San Antonio again, I must come here! I'm a fan of this place. I wish I could afford to come more often.
Everything was great. Servers and Gauchos did a super job. Very friendly and efficient. Noisy as restaurant was full. We will be back for another special occasion.
Again we were attended to like a royal family. From the guest reception to the servers to the bartenders to the gauchos and the buffet itself ALL WERE STILL SUPERB.

My husband and I dined at Chama Gaucha for his birthday on a Sunday evening. We were seated right away as we had made a reservation ahead of time. The whole restaurant was lovely & alive. The service was amazing. Everyone was so generous and attentive. We were very satisfied with the salad bar and the meat selection. The cheesecake was also the best we’ve ever had at an establishment. Overall we had an amazing time! We will definitely visit again soon!
