I have only heard good things about Chama Gaucha, and was not disappointed. I’ve experienced Brazilian steakhouses before, and so was familiar with the process. However, upon hearing my girlfriend had not, our server hospitably explained the courses and cards (green if you would like to be brought more meats, red if you would not). Service was excellent.
