By far the the best Brazilian Steakhouse in San Antonio we have tried all of them in the San Antonio area and this is the best restaurant. My family and I have been going since they have opened. If you love different varieties of meat this is the place, plus a excellent salad bar. Everyone is respectful and polite always checking if you need anything, we've never had a bad experience ever, I would recommend this restaurant to everyone AAA+++ Thank you Keep up the great work for a wonderful dinning experience

Excellent smiling service by an energetic staff of servers. Plenty to eat--various cuts of meat sliced at the table and only in the quantity one desires. A wide selection of meats and side dishes and a salad bar that feature both unusual items and traditional salad bar offerings. For dessert, I selected the key lime pie (recommended by the server) and a limoncello (I had sampled that in Amalfi, Italy, on a trip in 2019). What a way to top of the evening!

As always, my wife and I had a very pleasant, delicious meal. The staff and management team were simply marvelous. Chama Gaucha remains our favorite restaurant in San Antonio.
