Great food and service. Restaurant was busy but staff were very attentive.
The food was delicious and very fresh the salad bar, but the service was superb Carlos our server hands down one of the best. In celebration of our Anniversary we got a delicious dessert on the house. And the owner very attentive and humble, Thank You!
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The meats were delicious and tableside service is always fun. This date night dinner was definitely a splurge on our tight budget but we did not go away hungry.
It was well worth what we paid for...all the seasoning, and the temperature of the meats were spot on. Services wait staff and the supervisors at the table were excellent, except the concierge/hostess at the front of the restaurant. Overall, it was excellent experience and all six of us in our party enjoyed very much.

We had a great time! MASON was our server and went above and beyond with the rest of the team to take care of us. I love Brazilian Steakhouses and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. The food was perfect. And everyone in our party of 8 still ordered dessert. I thought maybe this place was over hyped online but it lived up to the hype for sure!
Chama Gaucha never disappoints. My family and I choose this place for every special occasion. Yesterday was my birthday and my experience at chama Gaucha made it extra special.
We had a dinner meeting at Chama Gaucha and we were very happy with the food and the service. The staff was very attentive without being intrusive and the food was very good.
As usual it was a great experience. The staff were all top notch. Food was cooked to perfection. It really was a great way to relax & enjoy our anniversary. This part has nothing to do with the restaurant/staff. But let me just say if you decide to go here, please remember… it’s not a sports bar. No one wants to hear you scream for your team.
