La carne es espectacular, termino y sazón perfectas, la sirven siempre a temperatura adecuada, gran variedad de cortes. Las ensaladas y las guarniciones son deliciosas. Alimentos de excelente calidad y sazon. El servicio es muy amable y eficiente. Comes en abundancia, excelente relación calidad y precio. El mejor restaurante de San Antonio, regresaré cada vez que venga a San Antonio.
Loved the food and everything. As I don’t have much salt in my diet I found the meat to be to salty, but I would definitely go back as I was advised that the amount of salty could be to the particular chef preparing the meats that night. But lamb was amazing! And the top sirloin! Look forward to going back.
The best restaurant
This is your standard Brazilian Streak house. It’s a nice me but I don’t feel it’s worth paying any more than any other place like this. I didn’t notice any difference in the meat considering it’s all supposed to be Prime. The wait staff was good but honestly the meats didn’t come around as fast as I would like or have seen at other chains. There is no ambiance as it’s a chain. Unless you just have to eat a lot enjoy a more intimate chef prepared meal for your occasion that will be memorable for you and your guest.

Chama Gaucha has a well established reputation for service, and this visit did not disappoint. The only negative comment would be about the saltiness of all cuts of meat, which is really extremely high.
I think there is no place quite like it for the value, ambience, and of the menu of items including the salad bar. It is a great place to take a special person out one to one, or for a group gathering.
