Very attentive staff from the moment you walk in the door. Our server was delightful. I had the amazing salad bar, best asparagus ever! The rest of our party had the all you can eat meat. We’ll be back, thanks for another amazing dining experience.
The service was excellent, the food superb. It is a very loud and busy environment. If that is an issue for anyone in your party, I would contact the restaurant directly and discuss optimal dining hours etc. our reservation was at 5:30 pm. We were seated promptly. One in our party was determined to eat as much beef and lamb as possible. He was not disappointed! Chama Gaucha has been one of our favorites for a long time, particularly for special occasions. The salad bar has a good variety and fresh. The meats are the real draw for our family, which includes three teenagers. The lamb chops are outstanding, and the picanha is always a favorite. Great selection of meats and an extensive wine list.
