I come to this place often, and the last three times I’ve seen a decline in service and quality. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for staff the last two times because that happens but this third time was obvious something is going on. Several of the main courses were cold, the meats being requested never came but were seen being served at other tables. We chose this restaurant for a celebratory dinner for two after reading the thousands of rave reviews. The initial staff were kind but the experience declined after we were sat. There is a harried feel to this dining room and yet we felt kind of forgotten off to the side. Drinks needed refills. Clean plates were needed. All meats weren’t brought but repetitive choices. Always great food and the service waxes and wains depending on the staffing and how full they are. That’s why I like to go early before service starts to wain.
