Wonderful salad bar with interesting things on it including salads, Giant asparagus, cheeses Etc. Have to be careful how much I eat of that so I can eat the rest of it. Then they serve you caramelized plantains, a potato side dish, polenta fried, Brazilian cheese balls which is a kind of bread. Then men come around with different types of roasted meat on a skewer and cut you off a piece. They have pichahna, rIBEYE, bottom sirloin, chicken, pork ribs, sausage,filet mignon, and garlic steak. The experience was great with wonderful customer service! I usually feel that when it is busy, the environment is way too loud, if that could be worked on. Always recommend the wonderful food!

I really enjoyed this spot. It’s pricey but the quality of the food is amazing. They use the highest quality meats, salad bar is very very good, device is exceptional and the managers are so proactive making sure customers are cared for. Block yourself off a few hours to really enjoy the total experience.

Always a great time at Chama Gaucha. Food was hot and tasted great. We were seated close to our reservation time. We were seated in a different area this time which unfortunately was really loud so our conversation was kept to a minimum. It was still a good time, but can be a bit difficult to hold conversation unless you speak loudly.
