Awesome, as usual! Unparalleled service, awesome food, great atmosphere for the carnivore / low carb eater (though the potatoes and fried plantains, as well as desserts, rock!!!)

Food and service was amazing! Take it easy on the salad bar! You’ll need to save room. Just about everyone leaves rubbing their bellies because they’re so full.
Ernie took excellent care of our table which was great considering we had a lot of first time visitors
We have eaten at Chama Gaucha numerous times and each time we are treated exceedingly well by everyone on the staff. The food never disappoints! This is our favorite restaurant.
Worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend every person try it. Your treated and feed like a king or queen. Great job guys!
