1st time there service was top notch. Waiters were attentative and quick. Food was great and definitely worth the price. Will find reasons to come back.
My husband and I had such an amazing experience here. This is one of our favorite places to go and has not let us down. We will continue to go for a long time.
Great food and service! Lively restaurant, love the bar carts. Half of our family of 6 are vegetarians and this is a great place even for them. They serve DELICIOUS black beans and rice if you ask so your vegetarians have protein options other than cheese:)

My biggest issue with Chama Gaucha is that there is decent food for a very high price. I expect better if I am going to pay over $100.00 for food including a drink. I ordered a Manhattan, not the best I had by the way. I would recommend them to come down off the prices and increase the food quality. Yes, i'm like every other customer and I want Greater Quality for Less Money. This was our first time here and we will be back. The waitstaff was great and very attentive. The salad bar does not have manu choices. I thought there would be more for fixing a salad, but there was other items that if you liked them compensated for the missing items. Still a great meal and very enjoyable.
I had a reservation but got there early and was still seated right away. A waiter was at our table to pull our chairs as well as take our drink order right away. The food was very fresh and all the meat was hot and seasoned to perfection. The server kept us with a fresh plate the whole time and the servers kept the fresh meats coming as long as out card was on the green side. They also respected when the card was flipped to the red side as well. Outstanding experience, highly recommended.
