Excellent service from the entire server staff and management. Positive, professional attitude when greeting guests and stopping at tables to make sure the customer experience is on point. Visited many times and always the best experience. Great teamwork!
Our experience was great overall. As for some feedback, I couldn't help notice how hard your staff were working. They seemed to be running all over the place. I would say, the environment was a little too noisy. I don't see a solution to that. And it wouldn't necessarily prevent me from coming back. On a note of improvement, we had an appointment; I called ahead to inform the restaurant that I was going to be late by 15 min. When I got there, I ended up waiting 45 to be called on. It was my girlfriends 1st time.
Food is very good as always and the staff goes above and beyond. They've even happily cut my child's meat!
Restaurant is a great place to dine but go hungry and limit yourself to salad bar so you can enjoy all rhe meats.Waitstaff is absolutely great and recognize our family everytime we dine there.Pricey but well worth it,just havent done dinner because its alot higher priced.We do dine in for lunch regularly just wish they had an incentive for visiting as much as we do!
It would be good if they expand their salad bar, very basic. Besides potatoes and polenta there is no other alternatives sides besides the basic salad bar
We came for the meat and it was great but wish there was more salad choices
It was my fiance's birthday and the wait staff was amazing! They were wonderful and very attentive. We have plans to dine here again very soon, in December for my mother's birthday. The salad bar was wonderful and fully stocked with everything one could want, the meat that was serviced was delicious, and the bread was amazing. My fiance was very excited and enjoyed the slice of birthday cake he received.
We have been going here for many years now and have introduced it to many of our friends. The service is the best we have ever experienced anywhere, any city. The meat is always cooked perfectly and the sides are unique and delicious. By far our favorite place to eat! AND it is always consistent.
Was a amazing place with great food and perfect service. If you like streak or lamb, this is the place to go for sure.
