Really delicious food and awesome service. I went with my family, and we all felt that the service was incredible, specially since lately in other similar restaurants in Colorado the customer service has been very poor. But, this place is the real Gaucho concept, the salad bar, really good, just the right amount of options.
It was a great for date night. If you decide to go there, please take a large appetite. I haven’t been that full leaving a restaurant ever. The service staff is very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be a return visit.
Salad was amazing, food was delicious and the swrvice was superb!

Our first time, of what I see to be many, to dine here. The service sets the bar higher than anywhere we have been in the city. Food was excellent, noise level is a bit loud due to the high volume of staff constantly moving about. I can't begin to explain how great the service was tonight. The ribeye and lamb...I could eat every night.

The service as always was outstanding. The only issue I have had recently at this restaurant, they no longer seem to have the choices in meat they did in the past. They say they do 12 or 14 choices, I can't remember which. They only came by our table with 5 and it was the same 5 over and over. This is the third time this has happened. It was my 2 year anniversary and we went to Chama for lunch. This is was 4th visit and I swear it gets better every time. The staff is polite and professional. Food is absolutely incredible. My favorite meat is bottom sirloin and the man that carries that meat remembered who I am and how I liked it cooked. Very impressed. We got a free dessert and the plate said happy anniversary on it. Definitely an anniversary to remember.
I have been to another Brazilian Steakhouse in Austin and I thought that experience was awesome but Chama Gaucha blew that one out of the water! Mostly because of the service. I would get up to go to the salad bar and somebody was there to pull my chair out for me and place my napkin on my lap. NEVER was my wine glass empty, somebody (whether it was our waiter or someone else) was there to fill it at all times. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.
