Birthday. Very good compared to Fogo and Texas De Brazil.
I frequent here often and have yet to have a negative experience. Service is always fantastic and good quality consistently great.

I will begin by saying this is one of my favorite restaurants. However, today's experience should be noted. First & foremost, Lauren & Jennifer were fantastic servers. (I even mentioned to the manager how great the service they provided was). The salad bar is so good here that on this trip we chose to just have the salad bar & forego the meat. Down side: Upon walking into the restaurant the FIRST thing we noticed was a horrible smell. I'm not sure if a pipe burst in the sewer line but it smelled like a really bad port a pott... read more
Hi, We had a reservation Sunday, 5 Feb at 1:00 pm. When we arrived, we were immediately seated and offered drinks. We've been there 5 times before so told the waiter we knew how things worked. As usual, the salad bar was fully stocked with fresh greatness (my wife always gets too much). When my son and I were ready for meat we flipped our cards to green. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a great dinner and drinks for my birthday. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the bottom sirloin. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
Great service and food as always! The only downside... the hostess couldn't find my reservation I made on OpenTable so we had to wait longer than our reservation time. I tried to show her my reservation confirmation email but we ended up just waiting for a table when one was ready rather than getting seated at our reservation time :/
The food was Superb. Excellent selection of meats and the salad bar was like nothing I've ever seen before. The staff was very courteous and took very good care of us. Manager came by the table to say hi and make sure we were happy - super nice guy. I would highly recommend Chama Gaucha, but be sure to go Hungry!
