The food was decent at Chauma Gauchos, but the service was lacking. We were passed around to like 4 different waiters and we were continuously forgotten in favor of bigger tables. When we asked for something it seemed like they would forget or the request would get lost in the shuffle. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant to friends because of this. We paid a good amount of money to eat there and it is not worth going here if we're are going to be dicarded for bigger tables.
Our waitstaff was outstanding. I have never had a bad experience at Chama Gaucha. I absolutely love this restaurant!
Food was great and the staff were very attentive who saw to our every needs.
We enjoyed our time at Chama Gaucha very much. The service was fantastic along with the food. I would highly recommend this establishment. I love the fact that no one left a dirty plate on our table. They removed and replaced with a fresh, hot plate at every turn. Such a great experience.

This is easily the best restraunt in San Antonio. We try to come at least once a month and have never been disappointed.

Excellent place food was outstanding had never heard of this place always went to Fogo de my husband saw it so we gave it a try i was so pleased now this is my favorite place to visit worth the 160 miles will visit again soon
